If something's wrong, we'll make it right. Here's how returns work at Los Muertos.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
To start a return, visit our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit to your account Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges Want a different size or item? We've got you. Reach out here and we'll sort it out.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
